Emergency medical services (rescue squad) are provided to the Town of Brighton by the Village of Salem Lakes Fire & Rescue Department and Kansasville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department. Public Safety Home > Town Services > Public Safety Police services are provided through the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department. The department can be reached by telephone (non-emergency) at 262-605-5100. Dog owners are required to keep their pets on their own property. Hoofed animals (except pygmy goats and pot-bellied pigs with permit) cannot be kept on any parcel of land less than 5 acres. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voter Registration Register or re-register to vote online at http://myvote.wi.gov . Please note that when you register or re-register online, you will be required to print and sign the registration form and submit it by mail or in-person to the Town of Brighton.
