The Brighton Town Hall is open on Mondays through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Town Hall is located at 25000 Burlington Rd., near the northwest corner of Highway 75 and Highway 142. The Town Board holds regular meetings at the Town Hall on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 p.m.

Effective July 1, 2022, residents in all of Brighton will contact Salem Lakes Fire at 262-620-3880 to request an open burn permit.
Effective January 1, 2023, Brighton residents needing a building permit will contact Justin Border 262-749-8777 or email Bluestoneinspect@gmail.com. Brighton now contracts with Kenosha County for building permits. We wish Don Fox well on his retirement and thank him for his many years of service as Building Inspector to the Town of Brighton!
