If you haven't got your Sticker for Saturday garbage day, please stop in. You will be turned away if you don't have the sticker. Bring Driver's License in for proof of residency. Call Town Hall if the hours don't work for you, I can come in on off hours.
The Brighton Town Hall has new hours as of May 4th, 2026.
Mondays 2pm till 5:30pm, Tuesdays 9am till 2pm, Wednesdays Noon till 4pm, & Thursdays 8am till Noon
Town Hall is located at 25000 Burlington Rd., near the northwest corner of Highway BD (old Hwy 75) and Highway 142. The Town Board holds regular meetings at the Town Hall on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6 p.m.
Beginning September 2023 Board Meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m.

Effective July 1st 2025 the Town of Brighton as adopted a new Stray Dog Policy.
Effective January 1, 2023, Brighton residents needing a building permit will contact Justin Border 262-749-8777 or email Bluestoneinspect@gmail.com. Brighton now contracts with Kenosha County for building permits. We wish Don Fox well on his retirement and thank him for his many years of service as Building Inspector to the Town of Brighton!
Effective July 1, 2022, residents in all of Brighton will contact Salem Lakes Fire at 262-620-3880 to request an open burn permit.
